After posting on sleep the first time, I had many friends message me to share that sleep is a struggle in their homes. It was wonderfully reassuring to hear that we weren't the only ones struggling! Disappointment vs Wholehearted Living

Disappointment is a hard emotion for me to deal with. Whether it's disappointing myself or disappointing someone else, fear of disappointment often keeps me from living wholeheartedly. I'll give you an example. When I was in college, I was driven to earn A's, worried about being a "successful" student as well as holding down a job. I got half way through and I realized that I hadn't really been enjoying the experience.
